Mumbai: MNS workers arrested for abusing, threatening BMC engineer

The denounced have been charged under six Sections including unlawful gathering, preventing a community worker from releasing his obligation and criminal terrorizing.

Shivaji Park police on Friday captured Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) pioneer Sandeep Deshpande and three others for undermining a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) engineer who was expelling unlawful standards in Dadar, Mumbai in Maharashtra.

All the blamed have been sent to legal authority till November 14. As indicated by the objection, Deshpande and his gathering laborers went inside G North ward office and undermined ward the local official.

Deshpande affirmed that hoardings and lamps set up by his gathering Maharashtra Navnirman Sena were evacuated and standards of other ideological groups were not contacted.

Security official of the ward documented a protest at the Shivaji Park police headquarters saying MNS party laborers entered the ward official’s lodge and began yelling. Security official said that MNS party laborers likewise utilized damaging language and undermined Dighavkar with ramifications for not halting the expulsion of his gathering’s hoardings.

All the four charged were delivered in Bhoiwada court and sent to legal guardianship. They have been charged under six Sections including unlawful get together, preventing a local official from releasing his obligation and criminal terrorizing.

In 2016, Deshpande was captured for mortifying a central architect by making him present inside a pothole at Dadar.

In 2017, Deshpande and seven other gathering laborers were captured for vandalizing the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee office close Azad Maidan.
